Those with the inclination to “cowboy up,” as they say, inevitably find themselves at Pinnacle Peak—“Home of the Cowboy Steak.” This steakhouse offers several choices of flame broiled steaks—the Trail Boss is “darn near two pounds”—but the real thrill of dining at Pinnacle Peak is the masochistic pleasure that derives from watching your uptight in-law stand in mute horror as the staff gleefully cuts their necktie off.
